I am an Computer Engineering student,and i am dependent on Internet as a human is dependent on water. And we want net Neutrality.
How will I be able to work for India,when i can't even pay for internet after telecom companies have enforced their greedy tariff rates on us ?
How will I be able to think freely when i cant even use internet ?
What Freedom we will have after they control what we browse

Please,listen to us citizens also. Please support us,more than half the country doesn't have the financial resources for the world you are building Upon.
Internet is like electricity,You can't say that you will be charged differently if you use fan or air conditioner. Or you will be charged more for Led lights than bulbs. You cant,its unfair,internet works the same way.
