there should not be any biasness in using net. if anybody wants to use facebook or youtube they will pay higher for smooth running internet but others will use slow internet to view the same.. there is no equality in it.. I STRONGLY SUPPORT NET NEUTRALITY.  I want to request our govt. TO PRESERVE NET NEUTRALITY.
