The facility to charge for OTTs to Telcos (airtel,vodafone) is completely bizzare and anti development. Being an entrepreneur myself, If I am to build something like whatsapp or Skype Telcos dont have right to earn out of services which I own. Thus this will lead to loss of business for me because my customers will shift to other sources. This also gives unfair advantage to Telcos where they can overcharge users for Service "A" and make their own Service "B" free to gain traction for their service... In short this sort of ruling will be partial and can be used in very wrong ways. The current way the thinks work is great! keep it as it is! They are making much more money from data packs than what they lost in call rates. Please do a thorough check before imposing any ruling on common man!
