Sir,
With due respect, I want to speak in the favour of Net Neutrality. It
is an encore of our PM's ambitious Digital India project. If telecom
operators start charging money for using some particular sites, I'm
afraid it will prove to be a disastrous step. In my opinion, we must
discard this idea and focus on more important mission like expanding
the reach of the Internet and improving Connectivity and Speed. I hope
my request (and of millions like me) won't go to deaf ears.
