Dear Sir/Madam,
I have
ported my mobile (+91-9899-727647) service operator from Vodafone to Airtel
because of better postpaid service. Now what they are doing is without my approval
they are changing post plan. Earlier they also tried to do so but after several
complains they restored my original plan. Now, again they have started behaving
in same way. Without any intimation they changed bill plan. Now they are not
willing to restore my original plan.
Airtel
is harassing me by their behavior. I am feeling very much disturbed.
How
a normal person can fight to big giant like Airtel if I am not able to fight?
Please
suggest me what should I do? I have one option to go consumer court that I will
certainly do. What else can I do so that Airtel cannot dare to harass somebody else?
Can you please tell me what role TRAI plays in these kind of matters? At present I am feeling cheated by Airtel and I
am appealing with hope that justice be delivered soon.
Please
suggest me an alternative.
