I am sending this mail in support of net neutrality.
Somehow I found your upcoming policies to be discouraging.The current policy is better.We shouldnt be charged extra money for each website we visit.
Anyways the lower class people has difficulty in accessing the internet,because of speed and price too.They cant afford to use the internet on a regular basis.
Our internet users are already very discouraged by the kind of speeds we get in India.We shouldnt increase their discouragement,instead devise any good internet plans for them.We are lagging behind other small countries in terms of Internet development.
This policy wouldnt help us to develop instead discourage us from using the internet which would automatically result in sluggish country growth and development.
So I sincerely request you not to implement this policy instead work on increasing the average speed of Internet connections in India
