As a common man in the country, I would say dat the net neutrality is very much important! Am a student& as a student I would be accessing the internet for studies. If TRAI will charge extra rate for all these OTT apps den as a common fellow in india, I can't afford it! And am sure dat neither any indian could afford. So its a humble request dat plz provide NET NEUTRALITY!
