Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am not a user of any mobile services VoIF or video streaming services. However, I most strongly protest your decision to allow net-neutrality to be diluted. I understand that while some consultation was taken to go forward with this decision, I must demand that you provide reasons and justifications for your decision to the public, given the strong reasons not to go ahead with it.

Internet service providers have a special position because of which they can regulate access to internet websites. But they must not be given the role of being gatekeepers as they are free to discriminate and this can have a chilling effect on freedom of speech. At my college, we law students have had extensive discussions on this matter and our general opinion has been that the internet must remain net neutral. Please rescind your decision.
