Hello Respected Concerned,

First of all really appreciate your move to go for public consulting as we MANGO PEOPLE  of this nation are the ones who are adversely concerned or in effect to else or otherwise. So our opinion actually must matter the most.

Anyways if i am given a chance of so... I wish to be putting some of my concerns which i guess are of most of us along with few ground facts & few questions before TelCos.

Well , very first just let's take a look onto our India's Internet penetration facts :-
According to a leading statistics online portal , India valued about 250 million Internet users base back in July'14 . Important fact is , this number is getting double folded day by night ! Thanks to Indian smart phone market dilution & competitions which enabled every one of us to afford a smart gadget in as less than Rs. 4000-5000  .

So the point is , already Telecom operators having such a potentially & being specific EXPONENTIALLY increasing HUGE User base for internet usages ; is it still necessarily important to put their nose further over our internet usage specific tarrifs for all what we do over internet?
Ohh.. Come on you Tele Cos., you have been already sucking our pennies by your costly internet packs ! Ahhhaaa !! And that cost for what ??? A SILLY SLUGGISH WRANGLING  Internet speed !!!!   WOW ... !

So this reminds me of a second fact :
INTERNET BANDWIDTH IN INDIA.

India has the slowest Internet connection speed in Asia, according to Akamai’s latest, quarterly “State of the Internet” report.
Among the 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region in the report, India came in dead last with an average connection speed of 1.7 Megabits per second last quarter.
That’s less than one tenth of the blazing speed web surfers can clock in South Korea. It’s only one third the speed in Australia, Singapore or Thailand and one half the speed of China.
This is Higher cap speed , but noting one most important fact that apprx. 2/3 of indian internet population is still on 2G! Which by god's grace is as high as 7-12 KBPS on average!! Launching 4G ! But fun part is 3G is still not affordable...!
Now that's again a WoW!!!

So dear telecom operators, could you please just justify that on such a so called TERRIFIC speed (2G) ,how could one even load Skype , messenger or WhatsApp Calls for whom you are willing to implement so called special tariffs plans ???
CAN YOU???  Ohhhh.. Don't be shy be honest...  !
So again in such a case one has to ultimately rely on your classical Call services. Ain't i right? For which you TelCos are already cashing on.

If one is going for VoIP services or anything similar, isn't it as simple that its adversely generating a Tankful of revenues by Data usage? Come on, now just don't deny it . Because if you, then you'll be cross cutting your own data usage revenue reports.

Wrapping up my letter with a simple & sharp message.

INTERNET IS EQUAL & OPEN  FOR ALL . LET IT BE PLEASE.
