Hey guys ,,who do think u r?,,i tried ur toll free number for half hour till 11:55 pm & i didn't get a line .it told me to wait for 7 mins ,,but after reducing to 1 min,,it was staying @1 min for last 20 mins,that's cheating.im still having speed issues .can't u guys just send someone to my house instead of calling unnecessarly without solution.u don't know that too,,i told u guys to Call me after 7pm & u are calling @6:30 .hw will i attend???don't know any sense.i want this issue to resolve tomorrow,,otherwise I'll escalate this issue through social media.

     My speed is 4 mbps but its dropping again to 3 mbps every night & on sundays whole day ...i cant keep with u guys saying every month i have speed issues ..y cant u guys fix it permanently???? ..Fix it as soon as possible might be a network parameter issue ,,it was the same issue previously .....or ELSE .
