Dear Sir/Madam,
Because of VOIP Applications, Video /Audio chat, Messenger, Video Streaming applications the data usage is increased in India and this gives significant revenue to Telecom operators and ISPs.So they should charge only for the data used by the consumer. They should not charge based on the application used by the user.
My request is "Telecom Operators, Internet service providers and Indian Government should treat all data on the Internet equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or mode of communication."
