Please note that Net Neutrality must be maintained in today's day and age. You cannot give in to the Syndicates of Telecom operators and Service Providers and charge differential rates for something that is as basic as Food and Shelter in today's day and age.

In this regard I would like to plead you to kindly disallow such a move and maintain neutrality of internet access. This way you would help more people access internet without restrictions.
