Firstly half of the population in India will not even know about this and will pay whatever it costs.This according to my opinion will be stealing since majority of people will never read the "terms and conditions apply" thing while purchasing the connection.

And obliviously,the so called educated people make the majority of these companies of such Internet Providers ,do they not know the status of INDIA???? DO they not know the value of knowledge.India is filled with enthusiasts and such kind of thing is so much discouraging for the growth of India.

Claps to the educated people proposing such kind of schemes which will do no good but will only make rich richer and give rise to making more such kind of non sense ,useless ideas. 

If they were to pay for sites at their times,I guess half of their employees would have never got the place they are at right now filling their pockets.

Since i have cried many a times to get an Internet connection at my home since it costs so much so i realize the value pf money and INTERNET and as a youth,I consider this action of telcos is a disgrace to our country and it only reflects their desperation for money like they aren't making big money already.
