Internet is a public utility service, if a product is priced at "X" and all consumer purchased it at that price only then it should be on the consumer how do they want to use it. Limiting speed oe charging extra for a particular service will impact the poor only. There is already economic disparity in India. Why adding more to it?
Let the service provider decide the price and let user decide the use. Why changing the basic rule!!?
