I believe internet speeds must be undifferentiated. I was using tata-docomo before and the internet speeds was pathetic and the speed used to get really slow over the use. Now presently I am using airtel. The speed is  satisfactory but rates are really high. Common man cannot buy even a 2g 1 month plan.
