The internet service charges are increasing by service providers day by day. Using of smartphones causes increases the consumption of data. This causes custommers to spend more money in phone usage. 
      Regulating the uses of OTT services like Whatsapp and Viber will causes further increase in phone bills, which can't be afford by people and students.
     I humply request you that not regulate the OTT services. Youres faithfully, Subindev D
