I want to say that the telecom operators are not facing that much of a loss with the use of whatsapp and other Voip services in fact they are having a profit revenue on the internet packages they are providing. I will be in favour with the Net Neutrality laws from coming into place in India. Internet is essential for access of information and to keep in touch with our close ones. Even if the telecom operators make profit what will we get. But if there is a loss in their profit then we have to bear that?? this is really unfair. You really need to consider the importance of internet services for common people.
