Sir,
Please stop treating internet as a cable service in which different
packs are offered in different prices.If this happens with internet we
have to pay a lot to access all the site or will lead to starvation of
many sites and their deaths.
But on the contrary OTT voice must be licensed and should monitor the
call as what you do with a telephone calls else it will arise serious
security concerns.
