Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like TRAI to amend net neutrality in India as it would increase penetration of internet in India . as of today most of ISP’s including central government owned ISP’s(MTNL in Mumbai) is providing limited speed (1mbps) after 12gb(2mbps upto 12gb) usage in minimum plan which becomes costly for consumers and also as speeds are throttle the online works takes time. As result of this internet penetration is less in India. Currently India ranks 116th in Akamai latest rankings.

I would request you to makes rules more consumer friendly. In Unlimited plans consumers should not get their speeds throttle after fair usage. Unlimited plan should become fully unlimited i.e. speeds should not get throttled after certain amount for downloaded data .
also mobile operators should keep their plan validity to 30days minimum.
