Greetings,

I am a student of class Xth aged 15. In my locality I don't have access to good educational institutions and teachers. I rely on internet (sites like meritnation, youtube, Wikipedia) for learning. If the ISP's charge more for these websites or slow their speeds then my basic source of learning will be gone. Moreover  if certain new websites which are better in providing knowledgeable material and at a lower cost are made slower to access due to deals between the current kings of the industry and ISPs, it will force consumers to use services by these kings and cause decrease in competitiveness in the internet.

Our honourable Prime Minister Modi asked in an conference why didn't Google come from India. I am certain if this law is enacted then the next big thing on the internet too will not come from here.

Internet is the medium that empowers millions of students like me. It is a democratic mode of connection and it should always remain in this way.
I therefore stand for the letting the internet being neutral forever.

Yours Sincerely,
Divyam Bajaj
