I am of the view that the recent ruling on the net neutrality service where OTTS will be charged separately is just insane. Why should we pay extra after paying for the Internet. This is not fair and should NOT be implemented. 

Internet access should it be as it is in India now. Please consider the opinions of millions who will reflect the same thought.
