For what it is worth, I believe that India would benefit hugely from a strict net neutrality regime. That is, no throttling, no zero-rating -- no discrimination between types of data, whatsoever. This will ensure that the Internet is a fair playing field for all ideas, projects, startups and established businesses alike. Anybody telling you that any harm can come of this is missing the picture.
