I believe no net neutrality will hurt the progress of India. Loss of revenue to t telecoms shouldn't be of concern to the government of India. Without net neutrality regulations the privacy of the consumer is effectively lost. Recently FCC have implemented net neutrality laws in US and so have Netherlands. I believe the Government of India must follow suit. Telcos must not be allowed to charge differently for different web services and web sites. Please establish net neutrality.
