Dear Sir,

I was deeply disappointed when Airtel changed its terms of service and opted for differential pricing in Dec 2014. I have familiarised myself with the concerns raised by the telecomm operators regarding their investment in infrastructure, expressed in the recent consultation paper
<https://trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/WhatsNew/Documents/OTT-CP-27032015.pdf/>
and I find them unjustified. I do not believe a regulation of OTT services and employing differential pricing for services is the right thing to do. Internet as a neutral service, as a medium of free information exchange cannot be compromised for the corporate profits. Most OTT service providers are not directly competing with the telcos and allowance of regulations will not be in the consumer's best interests.

Regards,
