As an everyday internet user, i already pay my bills to the service provider ( ACT ) which is close to 2000 rupees every month, if you add additional charges it would be really really difficult for me to use the internet and internet is at the at most importance to me as all my work depends on it. And hence we do not want the TRAI to regulate OTTs or bring any services under a license, and TRAI should support net neutrality and not the greedy telcos!
