This is with reference to the recent article published in Indian Express regarding the regulations of OTT & net neutrality. 

We would really wish that you dont charge extra for every whatsapp msg sent or charge per minute calling rate for a skype call. This will be too much expensive for a common man as then he would have to pay for the data connection and over that for additional charges. This concept is completely against net neutrality and is simply outrageous. 

We hope you take an informed decision about the same after taking into consideration the additional cost this will result in for a middle class common man.
