Dear Sir/Madam,

This is my two cents on OTT services and Net Neutrality:

If we have to pay for OTT services like Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook etc over and above the internet/data packs, it means:
        1) You buy vegetables but have to pay extra to the seller depending on how you cook them.
        2) You buy petrol but have to pay extra if you use it in you car rather than in the bike.
        3) You buy shirt pieces but you have to pay extra if you make a full shirt from it.
        4) You buy electricity but you have to pay extra if you use a 40 watt tube light instead of a 40 watt lamp.
        5) You buy cooking LPG but you have to pay extra if you cook meat using that LPG.
        6) You pay double tax on the same money: once to state govt and again to central govt.

So, I think OTT services should not be charged. Service providers can charge for internet/data packs only.
It is up to the users to decide how they are going to use it.

Service providers can decide on the price of the packs. If they are making losses due to OTT, they can always increase the price of the data packs.
But they should not be allowed to stop us using the OTT services provided by others, chargeable or free.

The US already voted/accepted Net Neutrality and as a Free country India should also go to that direction only.

Thanks and regards,
Debashis
