* First of all, international rules and regulations are there for a reason, usually for the betterment of human beings all over the planet.

* Saving and propogating those maybe far off but plain disrespecting them is entirely different issue!

*I, as a citizen of india, think charging separate for voip services apart from regular data charges is outright nonsense and utterly meaningless, and i would strongly oppose this!

* India is all about future and development, in order for internet to survive and evolve, the proposed extra charging rules should be plucked from telcos minds immediately.

* And least of all, the rural people can't even afford normal data plans, what do you think happens to the adaptation, if they were to learn it costs more now than ever!

* Respect net neutrality and be the reason for widespread internet adaptation in the country!  Jai india
