I am a writer and i use the net for research and furthering my skills. Similarly, My wife who runs a small business and uses the net for her daily purchases and to save time from domestic chores. Such a law from TRAI would effect an internet user like me and i dont want TRAI to regulate OTTs or bring any services under a license framework.  TRAI should support net neutrality and not the greedy telcos.
