Dear athaurities,

          I saw it in today's news paper that telecom companies wants to distribute the facilities in various packs like whatsapp gmail and all,

I just want to ask onething that are they doing any extra effort to provide us all within a single plan?

Let assume if each website owner says that i will let the user access  my wrbsite with a perticuler telecom plan than?

This type of changes will seriously Have a vary bad emppact on public as well as app developers and to the firms that provided jobs to millions. So please dont even think to distribute Internet into such a mess.
