As telecom company suggest that plan then what's the need of the internet plan, and then they have also pay to postman or postcard (i.e.gov) to loss their profit and destroy their business,

 Means that when advance comes privies technology or things are going to be dead.

So improve their technology. This is a democracy country not a dictatorship.
