Dear Mr A Robert & J Ravi

With reference to abovesaid subject, I want to ask a simple question.
How much amount is paid per month by a person or family belonging to lower class
or lower-middle class on prepaid mobile and net data per month?
.

.
.
I have came to know that, The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) has been
are demanding regulations for OTT operators. COAI cant provide facilities
similar to whatsapp and other OTT at such a lower cost. They are looking for profits only.
Their profit will cost the lower class & lower-middle class people. Because after applying the
abovesaid regulation, cost of such OTT with net data pack charge will not be affordable for
lower class & lower-middle class. Under such circumstances a major group of net users have to
say goodbye for net and OTT. Is it always necessary to reach desired development and to push
progress of nation at the cost of the lower class & lower-middle class people?

Its request to TRAI, please dont make or apply such regulation for Over-the-top (OTT) services.
Please let us use Over-the-top (OTT) services through net data pack. No other or separate charges
for Over-the-top (OTT) services please.

Thanks and regards
