Seems your customer care is making fun & not wanted to take any action .
Why you don't want to publish your company's customer care number ?
Can you take some action ?If proper action is not taken , I will have to send mail to top officals to ban freecharge .Regards

How you are allowing this type of companies to operate ?I made a reacharge for Rs.400 towards my Tatadocomo bill payment .Mobile number - 96886 51690Operator Transaction id - OXI1124759360.Operator Tata Docomo is saying that this is not valid transaction id .There is no action taken the company freecharge .They have a very bad name & this should not be approved as well .Already amount have been deducted from my account & no proper update received from Freecharge even though Tata docom said that they haven't received the payment .Looks like Free charge is provide a bad transaction id or cheating have been done .Please arrange to have an enquirly on this & also please inform Freecharge to provide proper compensation for all the problems caused .On Mon, Mar 30, 2015 at 5:21 PM, Deepak R <rd.deepak@gmail.com> wrote:DeepakFreecharge , I did the recharge on 27th .
