Dear Madam/Sir,
I am a student from India and the Internet has benefitted me a lot in my learning. I would not have been able to reach a PhD program in a reputed university without cheap and free access to online resources.
As a citizen and student and daughter of this nation, I request you not to bow down to the interests of corporate telecom companies. Our country's young people need the Internet to learn and prosper.

Please support net neutrality in India. Please please don't let TRAI regulate OTTs.
