Its very disgusting work on process..what the govt, trai and oll operates wants. But this is a bull shit idea. Because now coming generation done more work effective thoughts with more energy with more efficiency.. 
India ki govt hamesha ulta kaam hi karte hai..America jaisa desh badi soch rakhta hai yehi hamein bhi sochna hoga. Hum unse kam se kam 100 years peeche hai.

Govt and trai ko chahiye ki net packs ke rate kamm kiye jaye taki har badhne wala bacha ek nayi pehchaan nayi umaang lekar desh Ka naam ucha kar sake.
