Dear sir as Per indain companies wish extra charges for voice calling apps ,there is no need of such eXtra charges
Because

1) As voice calling apps get famous, the people's which are not using internet service will start using it for purpose of free voice calling

2) It Will beneficial to all service providers Or opraters

3) People's of poor class or lower middle class who Recharge there ac with eg.50 will start recharging with more amount's Net pack eg.150 for more voice calling

4) this will indirectly beneficial to all opraters or service providers

5)Though people stops or reduce there main Recharge for calling will start recharging their ac with more amount s net pack
This is indirectly benifical to service providers So no need of any different Recharge rather than regular or current internet plans.
