Hello,

As per my opinion the telecom operators should not be allowed to charge customers for OTT services until and unless they establish a pan-india high speed wireless network, so that evryone can access internet at an outstanding speed without any hiccup.
I would also like to mention that when we talk about increasing the charges for these OTT services we should not forget that there is nt a single telecom operator in our country who is present in every circle, so even if a telco starts charging for these services how would a person on roaming be able to use these services if his/her telecom operator is not present in every circle ??

Till the time these few basic concerns are not addressed we should not discuss about charging for OTT services.
