Please do not allow internet service providers to violate net neutrality principles adopted in every major country in the world. Internet adoption will be adversely affected if telcos are given the right to differentiate internet traffic. We already pay them to access all (lawful) content on the Internet. To let them charge us more depending on what applications we are using will let telcos pick favourites and prevent the startup ecosystem and app developers in India to get any foothold.
