Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a law abiding citizen of this nation. The licensing of OTT must never happen in my common senses. I am not afraid to pay for the internet, what I am more afraid is monopolizing. With this law the big players can reserver with network providers anything like bandwidth or even proxying of pages. Small providers will die. I was also once a provider. India has always been a monopolized nation. The Times Group monopolizes, but that was about to change with the advent of internet in this country and Lo now this new law. I strongly disagree with this law and hope that it never come into existence.

This mail is to request the authorities to kindly drop of this idea regarding this law. Internet is free and should always be free !!!
