Dear Honest & Eminent Consul of Decision Makers,

In  a piece of recent public interest Mr.Modi's office was found using internet access of 34 mbps. His digital India campaign promises to connect all of india by 2019. With your net neutrality plan do we expect Modiji to be a part of it?

Will he pay separately for separate website?

If yes, my answer is he can afford it.
If no then why us?

I understand he and his team has a nation to run but we too have our different interests. Education, Business, Entertainment, etc will be taken away just like that. And you expect India to grow and be part of a glocal village. How will we fulfill our dreams? How will we fulfill Modiji's dream.

When USA can protect innovation and its Internet.
Why cant we?
