Internet is the cheapest and fastest mode of communication. Our country is moving towards being a developed nation and this will be a huge step backwards. We should not limit the internet to the urban users. We should work towards moving the technology to the rural, remote areas. By allowing telcos to regulate the OTT services will seriously jeopardize the progress we have been making.
