It has come to my knowledge by newspapers and other media that various telcos have approached TRAI with proposal that services like WhatsApp ,Facebook,twitter would be charged as per use. Present system of only charging for internet data usage would not hold good.
I would request that such a move would be contrary to article 19 and 21 of constitution and would be detrimental to larger public interest hence present system of charging as per internet plan should be continued without change.
