I am writing this mail to plead you to support net neutrality and please dont regulate OTTs or bring any services under a license framework.

Greedy telcos just want to make money but if this happens, the voice of the common man will be lost. 

People will see only what telcos want them to see.

Small startups will die as they will not have the money to pay and their content online will be diluted by the telcos.

I request you to not go ahead with it.
