I am writing this mail to give my opinion on net neutrality.  Being a customer I don't want to pay separately for using different apps through net.  I don't think voice calling facilities of apps are reducing revenues of the telecom companies. It is a misconception. No one can use only apps for talking for a long time and also the calling facility of most of the apps don't work well for long distance talk.  The server error cut the talk in between because of that we customers need to make a call to complete our talk through our main balance. So I don't think companies revenue is reducing or there is any need of allowing net neutrality. 
Please do consider my point and rethink on allowing net neutrality.  Because this will bring the customers a long bill with less facilities.
