i have just came across news stating that there would be different packs for different apps. this is totally outrageous as it would burden us more, financially.

  moreover it would be very clumsy for us to add different packs corresponding to different medium of social interaction.  

and not to mention even our government official also use a watsapp and other social site to keep themselves in contact . this gonna effect there policy making efficiency

so i would like you to drop this idea.
