Respected sir
                          In my opinion there should no any extra
charged by any telecom company while we recharge net pack.
Because telecom company already charged too much for net.... In
private company 2G net -Rs 176. But in any govt company 2g,3g are at
same price  Rs 156. For both .
So in my opinion there is no extra charged should be applied by any
telecom company because many private telecom company create so many
problem... There always server issue by all private company and
customers not getting actual net that private telecom company commit
.they already charged un nessarly amount if we ignore then they will
not refund..
This is my humble request there should be no etra charges
