iam using Airtel for past 6 years. I don't know about the facts claimed by the company but in reality the services provided are not upto the mark. Already they charge very high fee for 3g plans and call cutters but the speed and quality is never upto the standard claimed. For a country to really develop, internet related facilities must be provided very cheap to public. This neutrality concept will surely create unrest in mind of people , and many people would stop using WhatsApp and prospective paid applications. What co's are thinking about increasing revenue would really result in accessing of internet by rich customers only, thus creating disparity.I being a general user want co's rather to lower their existing tariffs and improve qualitiy and to abolish the neutrality matter.
