Sincerely i request you to please pay some attention on the arbitrariness of Telecom Companies ...the companies take same price for Internet packs all over states & India but the surfing & downloading speed is very poor in small cities even in medium cities. TRAI should ensure first that Telecom Companies must give speed they claim in advertisements & in Recharge Plans.

As now days peoples not calling ..not SMSing ..not using much VAS ..its revenue generating methods are shrinking so slightly increase in Internet rates in OK but also good speed is consumers right.

I request you to please pay attention on speed issue also.
