Dear trai,
         Please don't pass this system of internet plans because if it is applied then it'll definitely increase the monthly rate of plans and then it'll be out of reach from common men. It'll effect the yearly growth of internet users. Also it'll make internet plans very complex. Please don't accept this request of Telecom companies...
