Sir,
  I am regular student that use the internet for our future education. I hear the news in which the 'net plans is separate by different other website/portal.
    This is very unfair because many of poor student/peoples also use the internet . it may be very harm on those people..  
       So, i request to you and your resources please stay this matter of separate data plans and rest it unchanged .
